The Builder’s Mindset

I've always been fascinated by electronics and circuits. When I was ten years old I got a snap circuit set with a picaxe microcontroller. I became fascinated by its capabilities and started tinkering with arduinos when I was eleven. I found an interest in driving displays with these boards and writing optimized code to drive them faster. This led me to learning about other kinds of microcontrollers with more capabilities and hardware peripherals. I started building several projects including a fully custom STM32, GPS, Bluetooth smart watch.

My facination in the areas of harware and firmware design has led me to pursue a degree at BYU-Idaho in the field of Electrical Engineering.

Technical Toolkit

Disclaimer: Much of my website has been written with the assistance of AI. It proved helpful in code generation, summarizing project journals, and gleaning youtube video transcripts to write project summaries.

I am eager to write the project summaries in my own words and add a personal touch of style.
